Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be in the same condition you received it — unused, with original packaging and tags.

• Include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We’ll review your case and arrange a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for:

• Toys or baby products that have been opened or used.

• Personalized or custom-made items.

• Gift cards or products marked as “Final Sale.”

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return your product for a refund and then place a new order once your return has been approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
